Something seems wrong here with the bidding but that is what the bidding slip says. Firstly north passes with 12 points and a balanced hand rather than opening 1NT. Then bids two three card suits rather than showing support for opener's suit. If you really must pass on the first round then a jump raise to 3D over 1D would describe your hand perfectly the next time - well maybe you are a tad strong for 3D but its probably the best you can do.
