This highlights the need to use Stayman 2C to ask about opener's majors. 1 NT 2C; 2D 2 NT; 3 NT. 2D sayd no major, 2 NT says I have invite values for game. 3 NT accepts the invite (but is marginal).
Another table: 1D 1H; 2D 2S; 3D Bidding the same suit 3 times with only four cards will usually lead to an unhappy result. The problem began with the opening bid. Over 1H 1 NT cant be used as that shows extra values, thus had no sensible rebid. Take care with the opening bid.
