North showed good constraint with 2 NT. 2D is a logical alternative, which was bid at one table. South gave "false" preference to 2H which is correct, and North raised to 4H. North should be aware of the "false" preference and bid 2 NT, which South can correct to 3H/4H/3 NT or pass as the hand dictates - in this case Pass.
