EW appear to be playing 5 card majors as the ACOL bid for east is 1H. West is in a difficult spot as 3 NT could easily be making while 5C could be better if pard has a natural club suit. hard to assess.
The lead of 4H seems a little odd holding J4, more normal to play the J. A major lead is called for and a spade is possibly marginally safer.
At another table the bidding went: p 1H p 1 NT p 2 NT p 3H p 3 NT. Good ACOL bidding, albeit pass over 2 NT is possibly indicated as three unsupported queens rarely contribute their full hcp value
