If playing ACOL North is too strong for 1NT. As a general rule once having described your hand to partner with 1NT, partner is better placed to know where the contract should be played as they know a lot more about your hand than you do of theirs, so North should just pass over 2H.

Possibly south could balance with 3C on the second round. It would be standard with a sixth club. Maybe the very good suit makes up for the lack of a club. However the hand has some negative features - the three small hearts and balanced shape.
