With 4 good cards for partner (AQH, AKC) South really has an invitational hand only. Think of a hand like Axx, KJTxxx, xx,xxx. That is a very good weak 2 but the combined hands still have 2 spades losers, 2 diamonds losers and a club loser.
Alternatively a perfectly sound weak two like xxKJTxxxxxQxxWould have no play for game - there are many other combinations that can be easily imagined.
