More experienced partnerships can explore the fit or stops in more detail eg 1 NT 3H can show 4 hearts and spade shortage. By agreement only, otherwise it is a 6 card suit with slamming values
That 3H bid is a very specialised agreement. Its probably best for our new players to stick to more standard methods.
